If some expert if there in community, i would like to ask for help. If i turn ON Dolby Audio feature then speakers are working just fine but as soon as i turn OFF Dolby audio, speakers stop working but if i insert headphones then i am getting sound in both Modes (Dolby ON & OFF). I am suspecting some software or driver clash which no one is able to catch and resolve. After speakers change, Lenovo team has replaced motherboard also and formatted the system once more but then also problem not resolved. after that same problem (Audio gone) after some system update Lenovo has changed the speakers also and it worked for 10 minutes only. System formatted with complete disk cleanup 3 times services.msc : window audio services were running but they were restarted and kept in automatic mode Drivers Uninstall and reinstall multiple times Problem : Speakers are not working in Dolby Audio OFF mode but when i turn ON Dolby Audio then speakers start working.Īs the system is in warranty, below mentioned actions and troubleshooting is already done :
This system is having Dolby Audio feature also. I am using Lenovo Thinkpad E14 laptop which is currently running on Windows 10 Home, Version : 20H2
